No it has not snowed in this part of the country yet. Just a few heavy frosts. Snow belongs on mountains where you can ski on it.

Hasnt snowed here yet in NJ. We had a dusting once, where a enough fell to barely cover your windshield of your car. Pretty much looked like a heavy frost, thats how minimal it was. We usually have had at least two storms by this time of year already. I do remember some weatherman week or so ago mention because of el nino that winter temperatures would be above normal though.

Yes it is. We had warm temps for most of the winter, then last weekend it snowed. It warmed up and melted all of that, and this morning it started snowing. We are supposed to get 5 to 8 inches by tomorrow.

YES! The snow really came yesterday, but it's still on the ground now. Some of the snow became ice, and on top of that ice is a powdery layer of snow. Great to play in, terrible to drive across.
