ITS PROBABLY NOT YOUR CABLES, ASSUMING ITS A COLOR TV, ITS SOMETHING ON THE INSIDE. RETURN IT

if the problem is also while your watching t.v. then the problems on your t.v. , but assuming youve already realized its not then if you have a newer t.v. then youre cables and outlets should be color corrdinated if not then youre outlets should go from yellow, white, red .. yellow=video white=left audio, red=right audio if your problem is still current then your cables may have corrupted. let me know how old your hardware is and check to see if theirs any signs of faulty wires. if all else fails contact your local gamming store or microsoft's website. sorry if this was not to your liking i did all i could via your information.

Return your xbox 360 for another one would be my firsat opinion, but the order for the cables is yellow white red....thats all I know, make sure they're pushed in all the way....If that doesn't work return your 360, they are a very glitchy system(I know because I own one)and lots of them have manufacturing errors.

put the white in the white slot and red in red and yellow in yellow then if so do a USB cable jack

1. First, you should obviously make sure all colors are matching correctly: Often people may match the green to blue or blue to green... In dark lighting i've confused the green and blue colors behind my HDTV on the component HD cables. 2. Next, make sure that if you are connecting your 360 to an HDTV that you switch the button on the cable to "HDTV"... the switch is located at the base of the video cable, nearest to the console. Either "HDTV", or "TV"

This too has happened to me. I currently have my 360 hooked up to my larger regular TV (not HDTV) and recently my 360 stopped displaying color. I have played my 360 for over 18 months and had no problem before; so I began to troubleshoot. I tried every possible way to connect the 360 (through multiple inputs), but nothing worked. So I hooked the 360 up to my small TV upstairs and the color worked perfectly. I now know that the problem is not the 360 or the cables. This begs the question: Why does my larger TV display cable and DVDs (non-Xbox 360 source) in perfect color but displays no color from my Xbox 360? I also noticed that my TV will occasionally display my 360 in color only for about 3 minutes and then fades to black and white picture. I've been saving up for a Samsung LCD HDTV, so hopefully I can soon play Halo 3 in color and not have to rely on those little triangles above teammate's heads before I decide to shoot! Anyone know anything about TV's that might cause this?

Im having a problem with my 360 that is close to the original posters problem. Mine recently started displaying incorrect colors mostly an olive green and just now it wont even display a picture only sound. I do not have an HDTV just a regular one with a white (audio) and yellow (visual) outlet on the front. Anyone know if its my tv,AV cables, or the system itself?
