There was once a guy who stalked Stableboy and claimed to be living in prison. He certainly seemed unhinged, but I had doubts they let prisoners access Answerbag or other internet sites. On the other hand, they have so many different types of prison I don't suppose it's that far fetched.

Do you mean people who are living in an institution such as a prison? Or contributors who have become embedded within the organization? In the first case, I could imagine than some of them are, as long as the rules allow it. In the second case, there are staff members and community leaders. In a further sense, some people are so well known here that they have become a kind of "institution"...
