I think I would be Green Snake hand-maiden/sister to White Snake/Serpent from the cartoon Panda and the Magic Serpent. The boy's pet snake turns out to be a young snake goddess called Bai-Niang who falls in love with him. The Hand Maiden is in the top right of the picture. I like her because she is brave despite her young naivity and cuteness.
