  • Mince pies, I don't know anyone who eats pumpkin for christmas.
  • Mince.
  • Probably Mince. Never had it though. Just the name sounds yucky.
  • Mince pies are delicious, though I don't know why they're called mince pies when they contain no mince. Probably a ye olde england thingy.
  • Back in the midwest it was Pumpkin -- hardly anyone ate minced meat, it was "exotic." (This from people who had never seen an avocado!) That said, I've found the perfect alternative to Pumpkin if you start to burn out on it between Thanksgiving and Christmas.. http://wehow.ehow.com/how_2020757_pumpkin-pie-cake.html
  • I think Pumpkin, in my area (Kansas), anyway. I don't think anyone I know has served mincemeat pie. When I was younger, and in Maine, we had mincemeat, not the stuff you buy at the store, but real mincemeat made from scratch, with venison. I remember I liked it, but I couldn't tell you what it tastes like.
  • I love Pumkin pie
