Is the body of a normal flute the same on an alto flute or bass flute?

Typicaly the bodies would get larger as the notes get lower, ie. bass is larger than alto.

Alto flutes are larger than the standard C flute. Basses are larger still. The bass flute is curved to accomodate the distance between mouthpiece and keys, and some alto flutes are as well. Contrabass flutes exist as well, and are usually curved at multiple angles so that the mouthpiece segment is perpendicular to the keyed segment.
