There isn't a maximum age in the US.

Traffic regulation is managed at the State level -- not the Federal level. Therefore each state sets its own laws. No state has yet set a maximum age and most states do not require people to re-test as they age, therefore the aged can simply renew their license and keep driving in most situations.

Death. We don't let them drive after they're dead. Otherwise, they're on the raod as long as they can scrape a pass on the test and in some places we rarely retest. :)
