  • Why not take up a sport - Doing exercise is not only good for you physically but mentally, too. Or, if you arent sporty, how about a relaxing activity like walking (good for emptying your mind of bad thoughts) yoga or something like Tai Chi or karate to release tension?   • It's called puberty. Everyone goes through it. Horemones rage. Pimples pop up at all of the worst times. You hate everything. You pine away in your room. There is a cure! Knock off the comfort foods and mild stimulants. Eat healthy foods and get a little exercise. They are more likely to give you more energy and keep a svelte figure. Be a teenager! Have fun.   • Stop drinking coffee as caffeine is scientifically proven to increase depression.Try and eat more healthy if you can.Some find it easier to completely cut out bad foods although others find it easier just to eat smaller portions of what they already eat and have healthy snacks in between.Good that your getting help best of luck.
