Wow. Bra shopping is the most stressful shopping there is. The underwires should be flat to your chest underneath. The clasp at the back should not ride up and should remain exactly on a level with the front, so when you look in the mirror from the side it is horizontal. The whole thing should be secure. If the back rides up then you need a smaller measurement, if the underwires don't sit flat to your chest then you need a larger cup size. I hope that this helps, if your shops don't offer this then I would seriously consider online shopping. Bravissimo, figleaf.com are two.

i have the same problem I measure 36 D's but ,breast are stil growing and really like 38's and it hard to find the perfect fit. So to solve the proble, I limit my use of bras to work and some other activities. I go 95% without one. Unless you have big breast I would just go with out one.
