Simply buy a spider costume.

Wear a long sleeved black shirt, those will be your top two arms. Make six more arms, with a black fabric or I have used black tights, just cut the leg off and use them, stuffed with Polyfil stuffing (pillow stuffing), you can sew it or use double sided tape or velcro. Put the wire or pipe cleaners inside the legs to stiffen them. To keep all of the arms moving together, you an use fishing string, its clear, to connect the arms together.
