  • I've seen them, and in all my life I never heard that it would be good for someone. It definitely did not make me jump up and check my freezer or whatever.
  • It's just plain lies. The fact is that we don't know one way or the other about HCFS vs. sugar. The research that is coming along now does cast High Fructose Corn Syrup in a questionable light, however. We DO know that there's too much sugar in foods today. If it takes 16 calories (1 teaspoon) of sugar to sweeten your iced tea why does it take 8 teaspoons in a can of Coke? It doesn't. Why put HCFS in Yoplait yogurt? Why put it in breads? No need at all.
