The only thing i am able to keep down when I am nauseous is toast

Miso soup and Sprite with extra ice. It's easier to keep down things that are really cold or really hot.

From personal experience, I found drinking plenty of ginger ale & eating ginger snap cookies, saltine crackers, & toast (no butter) were the only things I could keep down. I preferred my ginger ale not too cold. If I poured it over ice, my stomach seemed to tighten & feel worse. The ginger in the ale & cookies helps alleviate the nausea.

Probably OJ. There's something about the acidity that helps neutralize the juices in the stomach

peppermint helps to calm an upset stomach, same with ginger. I like to munch on saltine crackers when I'm not feeling too well.

Both pregnencies I lived on saltine crackers and ginger-ale for like 3 months! Just never try and choke down a prenatal vitamin and a banana... for some reason, they combination causes projectile violent vomiting and a sick feeling that makes you want to die!

When I was pg. the only think I could keep down was lemon lime slushies from 7/11 store.
