Why do women not have equal rights to grow a mustache and walk around topless?

Women do have the right to grow a moustache, just like Loretta has the right to have a baby. The fact that almost all are totally incompetent at it does not deprive them of the right. Likewise, I fully support women walking around topless. I am even prepared to organize a women's topless jogging group.

I do have the right to have a moustache. I don't have the ability to have one, and I don't want one. In the spring, fall, or winter in Chicago nobody would want to go topless. They would freeze their bits off!

Easy.... femininity! They would severe lack this attribute if the looked more like a man. And as far as the topless part, we might really have a problem with sexual attacks and rape if that were to happen. Better to leave them tucked away until they're intended for proper use (!)

Because woman's breasts are considerd sextual material in our society, and therefore indecent to expose in public. The mutsache thing. They DO have equal rights.

Women do have equal rights to grow and wear a moustache and many of them do. Laws regarding toplessness are there because of the social disorder effects on some of the rest of the population. However women can allow their breasts to be seen through and down open-necked tops, so the ban is a bit stupid.
