  • Well, if he was born in Hawaii before 1959, he would still be considered a natural born US Citizen. So, he would still be eligible to hold office.

P I'll simplify it for those obamimites. If obama wins this thing and it is found out he wan not infact born in the USA, or his parents were not US citizens what can be done?

  • The Electors meet, and maybe they care, or maybe they don't. If they elect him anyway, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court may swear him in, or he may not. If he doesn't ... the Constitution specifies some procedure. I think it falls into the lap of Congress. But all this "law" may be followed, and it may not. Who's going to enforce it? How?????
  • And if he's elected, then Congress passes some more laws and he signs them, and then anybody who's charged with violating any of those laws can use that as a defense: it's not really a law because the Prez wasn't qualified.
