Hmmm, this is an interesting question. My best idea is... Maybe? Assuming that this person exercised and had a healthy diet, and they don't get Alzheimer's or cancer or something else first, then it seems reasonable that if their heart does less work, it should last longer and therefore, they should live longer.

This is a very clever question that has got me thinking..I have no answer because there are so many factors to consider, but theoreticaly..yes(ish) :o)

And furthermore, would vampires be interested in half cyborgs? They still have blood, but would it be as fresh, or would there be as much? This is important for my research.
-
Probably not as they would have less blood circulating and less action or movement to get that blood moving around. And they couldn't work as well with their fake limbs getting a good cardio workout.
-
Wouldn't that depend on whether the body recognised that it needed less blood? If it still had the same amount of blood to pump around, wouldn't it still have the same amount of work to do, and wouldn't it cause additional problems in other parts of the body? Just guessing, here, as I've no medical experience.

Hmm. Points for an interesting question. I looked around a bit and some research sites are saying that multiple amputees can deal with just as many circulatory issues as non-amputees, especially if their conditions have rendered them sedentary. An active lifestyle with regular exercise and a healthy diet are still called for, no matter what. Still, very interesting and thought-provoking question.

The human body would actually recognize the need for less volume and compensate until the volume level is corrected. But i imagine if you had no limbs thats a pretty touch life and the life expectancy would be less simply due to complications of all the amputations and immobility
