Respectfully, that's a wide open question as different girls will look for different things. IMHO, it would be somone with a nice personality, intellectually curious, caring, masculine, good wit, healthy attitude, physically active (reasonably), loyal, honest, shared interests and reasonably attractive. No one has to be perfect and not everything has to be identical, so don't think that it's an impossible list or anything like that.
