I'll stick with the three gun discipline, carbine, shotgun, pistol. That's what works in the real world.

I SAY A BLASTER BECAUSE THEY SHOOT INSTANTLY AND NOT HAVE TO BE CLOSE BUT WITH A SABER YOU HAVE TO BE CLOSE

blaster, they have more range. better to eliminate your foe from a distance than risk injury when he/she gets too close ;)

Lightsaber. I've used replicas and they are pretty easy to wield.They'd also deflect the blasters and can cut through almost anything.

eh id say Lightsaber, you can deflect the blaster fire and ppl have mentioned the range you have to be in is very small. when you're far away from someone you can just force throw the lightsaber, plus you dont have to worry about running out of ammo (if you run out of ammo with a blaster)

saber !!! blasters suck.... they have the accuracy rating of a sniper with parkinson's plus they don't make the whooom ! sound or pierce blast doors.

Oh give me a big old blaster anytime !! The last time I used a light saber I got alien slime on my shirt, and it was a bitch to get clean. :-)
