Help answer this question below.

My dog misty will not let my other dog jack eat or drink every time jack goes over to eat or dink she runs in front of him and will eat his own food out of jacks bowl . misty will eat out of jacks dish then goes to hers to finishing eating.

Sounds to me like you need to show Misty who the boss is...IT'S YOU!!! You need to be the TOP DOG here and assert some authority.
