If it is understandable that my wording could mean what they thought, then I judge by whether their answer would have pertained to what they believed I asked. I will give them as many points as I can if they put effort into trying to help me the way they thought I was looking for.

I usually give points to everyone that answers, unless they dont answer the question, or were rude and obnoxious.

I give everyone who answers my questions points. However, I also try to comment on the answer and/or question. So, I would definitely be pointing out what I MEANT, and ask them what THEY meant.

Yes. I appreciate everyone who point out in how many different ways my question can be interpreted. I give them the maximum points I am elible to give and certainly post a comment in appreciation of their looking at the same question from a different veiw point. I do enjoy this sort of childish games.
