  • Everyone can sing. It is possible to damage your voice through smoking or shouting etc. but you can still sing. A very small number of people are actually tone deaf, everyone else is just stubborn. :D
  • I think its the muscles in the throat. They flex when you sing and if they aren't strong enough well then you're a bad singer. I can sing but i can't hit certain notes and when i try to hit those notes i can feel the strain on the muscle and it hurts after that.
  • It's all in the voice. Some people are born with the ability and some aren't. I'm a singer, I can sing and play guitar. My brother, his talent is the drums, and he can draw a picture of your face in 5 minutes. I think everyone is born with a talent. Some are just too stubborn to notice what theirs are. Some people cook. Some people are good at bullshit. Some people can paint, Some people can work on cars. Anyone can learn how to sing. The secret is harnessing your voice and using your diaphram muscles to control it.
