I just got a third seat for my 1994 940 Turbo wagon. The seat belts are completely wound (fully retracted) and I cannot figure out how to extend them. What can I do?

Usually when this happens its beacause the car they where in has been in an accident i would not recommend using those seat belts again as you could kill yourself or someone else buy some new seat belts
