  • It is best for you to take a lot of foods which are best in "memory-enhancing" proteins, such as Riboflavin, Thiamine, and the like (B1, B12, B2, etc.) However, even vitamins and minerals don't even work sometimes. During dire moments, it is always best for you simply live a healthy lifestyle - NO VICES, ENOUGH SLEEP & REST, etc. After all, a healthy body means a well-balanced memory, too. As for the foods, I'd say you better eat lots of raisins and prunes. They worked well for me when I was younger; and up until now, I could still feel the "memory support" that those food supplements have been giving me all along. By the way, don't ever take those memory pills. They'll just ruin your life. Chemically made products, no matter how good they are, will always be having "side effects" as part of their nature. These "side effects" will ATTACK your health when you'd get older.... :)
