I'm probably not the best person to answer this, but I'll give it a shot. It depends on the richness of the brown. I'd go with shades of red, green, teal, gold, aubergine, aqua, pink, fuschia, or possibly tan/beige, but that one could be dowdy or less interesting. There's always black, but it doesn't look as visually interesting as a warmer color.

I think a leopard print would be great! Otherwise, brown leather. (Better not go out in warm weather- don't want the suit to melt;)

Depends on the material of the suit, the occasion for wearing it, the cut of it (severe or flowy, skirt suit or pantsuit), that sort of thing. There are a lot of color options, but all of them won't look good in all circumstances.

Continuity is always a safe choice so opt for similarly matching chocolate shoe now fabric pump/suede/or leather! Shoe shopping is best before 2pm for some reason dunno:D
