Yes. They also need to focus more on self-esteem and sex to prevent teen pregnancy due to the inability to say no or demand protection. Most parents who believe it shouldn't be taught in schools also won't teach it at home. Someone has to teach it for the protection of the youth.

Remember to hit the rod when it is still hot. Yes, they should.

Since parents are not teaching it, you bet. We have girls as young as 13-14 here getting pregnant MULTIPLE times and bragging about it.. It's common to hear "I have had sex with everyone in the 6th grade"..DEAD SERIOUS. However, our schools can't teach it BUT one the girls get pregnant IF they choose NOT to abort (which most do or the kids go to foster care) then the school gives them the option of taking parenting classes. So, yes..you bet.. Some of my students here will have HIV/STD's before they are in HS and parent's don't care. Someone needs to.

I am 13 and sex ed doesn't do anything. I took sex ed in 5th grade and then i decided to see what sex was really like and saw it on the internet. Then i decided to try it myself and got a blow job and then did it. Even if they teach people sex ed kids will just hear about porn and then look at it and do it. It doesn't change anything.
