Would you feel guilty for killing someone in self defense after you did it, and how do you think you would feel years down the road?

I would regret it and it would haunt me forever.

I would feel bad, surely... but if it was self defense I am sure I would eventually get over it.

wheni was 6 i stabbed a guy who was drunk beligerent and threatening me and his pregnant wife with a shotgun...he did not die but had to have a lot of surgery and i feel no regret, because i feel i did the correct thing, i still went to juvenile detention for almost a year for this(i dont understand why i thought it was self defense) but ya, no regrets..
