If smokers created a bar where only smokers were allowed, similar in spirit to a "black tie" restaurant, would society support this? Would this be a better solution to second hand smoke than outlawing it everywhere at bars? Why or why not?

How would you keep non-smokers out? Does everyone in there have to smoke at any given moment? I don't think it's a bad idea, but I don't think smokers would flock to it as much as you'd think.

Where I live it is law that smoking is not permitted in public buildings and outside within 100 feet of a public building,so it would not be allowed.In other word you cannot smoke on the street if too close to a public building.

I personally would have no problem with it, but I can see some idiot complaining that he/she wasn't allowed, and they were being discriminated against. Then they would go in and complain about the smoke. I do not think society would accept it, because it seems to me that some people walk around looking for things to be offended by, and what is easier be offended by than being excluded from something.
