1) "There are two ways you can fix this. Go into your printer properties and check all the settings. In the options "mirror image" must have been selected unselect it. If you can not find this in the options then you will need to delete the printer and then reload it and set the settings to default. I was able to fix this myself, but wanted to let you know that you are correct, but on my Version of "Word" it's not in options "mirror image" it's listed as "Flip Horizontal".
