Well, if they are truly, fully blind, meaning they have no visual sensory perception, then I believe they would naturally not "see" anything.

well how can you not see anything? like even when your eyes are closed you have to see something and you see c black if your blind do you see white maybe?

I don't know, I think being blind would be like having your eyes closed 24/7 only if you turn your head towards the light it won't get any lighter. This question has the same answer as that dumb "How many licks does it take to get to the Tootsie center of a Tootsie Pop?" The world may never know.
