Many reasons, first it is because a male will think of sex every 8 minutes whilst asleep, second it is a defence against wetting the bed as for most males it is difficult to urinate whilst erect....third..my GF is so fucking Hot I wake at 4.00 am hard and she sucks me.....

It is just part of a normal males neurogical system that it cycles through that several times a night. It has nothing to do with urination, but we men do call it a pee hard one because we wake having to pee and just by chance have a hard on and make an association. My GF likes to find me with a hard on and give me head while I sleep until I wake. I can't cum it seems unless I am awake!
