Should questions requiring opinion answers have a seperate rating system to those requiring factual answers?

Why...good answers are good answers, it shouldn't depend on whether they are fact or opinion. It should matter on whether or not the adequately answer the question.

I agree weather it be my opinion or a hard cold fact I found of the internet it is an answer. I think people need to read the answer and then decied how to rate it accordingly.

No, I don't. I think making the site to fussy and complex will detract from the content and the willingness of users to participate.
