If your kidneys are healthy, you have your blood glucose under control (HbA1C less than 7) would think you could consider it. Make sure you get a complete physical with blood work and EKG before proceding.

Diabetes shouldn't affect your ability to have a healthy child while remaining healthy yourself. As long as you work closely with your doctors (it might be a good idea to see an endocrinologist as well as a high risk OB), things should be fine.

Providing your diabetes is well under control and you're getting good medical care during your pregnancies and can cope with looking after another child, why not?
