Depends on what I'm talking about. If it's a title or a unique item it's thee. If it's a generic item it's thuh.

If the next word starts with a vowel it's thee, otherwise it's thuh.

For me it depends on the context. If it's poetic or shakespearian, I normally pronounce it Thee, but it general context, its Thuh.
