This site is not secure, you can tell a secure site by looking at the address bar on your computer. Secure sites usually begin with: https:// Note the S for Secure. Secure websites encrypt the information to prevent anyone reading the data on the screen (amongst other things). That is why on-line shops need a secure check-out, otherwise people would be capable of reading your payment details. ----- So the short answer is no, answer bag is not an encrypted website - but it doesn't need to be. The problem you are describing has nothing to do with the Answer Bag website. Do you need any further assistance?

scan for adaware, spyware and viruses or do a format and a clean install after backing up all you want onto an external medium such as a CD-R or another hard drive that is available within the system you are using.. :)
