Nope, I openly think I may have a bit of ADD/ADHD and know that I am Bi-Polar.
-
ADD... perhaps. Nothing I can't manage though.
-
Yes. I meant to answer this an hour ago, but got distracted.

I secretly suspect that I'm not bipolar. I was told by a doctor some years ago that I was displaying classic symptoms, and they tried me with various different forms of medication. Personally I just think I went through a bout of particularly bad depression with a few crazy phases. I've been fine for the past couple of years so I reckon I'm alright really (touch wood)

I really think I have a slight case off ADD, I do have a learning disability already, and while trying to study this semester I would get distracted by the smallest things and I have trouble focuing on everything.

If anyone "secretly" thinks that they are Bi-Polar should consider getting a proper diagnosis from a doctor or therapist. Without the right combination of medication and therapy life could become devastating and unmanageable. There is so much information now available on the topic that is quite useful. Suicide is the killer of many people that have Bi-Polar Disorder. You are not alone - get help if you think you need it.
-
ADD. And I was repeatedly punished for it as a child. I ultimately learned on my own to cope by coming up with "tricks" to help myself, but sometimes thinking is still like navigating through a sand storm.
-
Nope. I could only HOPE to have periods of mania. :P
-
Yes I do, and pray God, no one gets it.
-
I used to think I might be bi-polar, but since then I've known a girl who was actualy diagnosed bi-polar, and I realised that her symptoms when she was'nt on her meds were ALOT worse than my petty little mood-swings.
-
I know I have ADD, but I live with it. I just forget where I left things like my keys, start a project and then dont want to finish it, and sometimes when someone is talking to me, I am so not listening but thinking of other things.
-
I am ADHD and it is no secret. I sometimes think "disorder" is the wrong term. Thom Hartman has written some good stuff on this subject. I prefer to think of myself as a hunter.
-
I don't, doctors do. I think I might have slight paranoia if anything, and I am a self confessed self destructor. But ADD or bi-polar? Nope. Doctors just want to put me on pills and shut me up like a good little girl (Yep, definatly paranoia!)

Well... I always thought I might have ADD... and I took the little test on the link that JUSTNORMAL provided, and it said I could very well have it. Sooo.... I'm not surprised. I am not going to go to a doctor about it though. I am obviously still functioning, in work and in life, and don't want any kind of medication. I've done just fine in life so far.

I was diagnosed with ADD at 3, and they told me at the age of 10 that im Bi-polar. Some symptoms of bipolar disorder mimic the symptoms of ADD. So i dont SECRETLY think i am...I AM
-
I might be a tad bit ADD.
