I do, I have taken it for about nine months now and have been fine from the beginning. I never felt nauseated, never gained weight, never have mood swings. Actually, I have lost weight and I seem to have fewer symptoms of PMS each month. As long as your doctor gives you the green light, I'd definitely recommend Aviane. Hope this helps :)
