I think we used to call those carburetors. We'd make our own by punching a hole in one end of the insert from a toilet paper roll and then covering the open end when we took a hit.

Yeah, Ive been looking all over the net trying to find one. All I can find is how to make one from a mustard bottle or sports bottle. The old school power hitter bottles were plastic and had a big marijuanna leaf on them.
