I got my suede jacket soaked on the upper back and sholder areas, what should I do to dry with out getting water marks

Not really much you can do outside of drying it as much as possible with a dry towel and letting it dry out. You can buy a suede cleaner that looks like an eraser mixed with a fine grit almost like a pumice stick, that will remove most stains it's like an eraser. Outside of that there are dozens of cleaners on market you'll just have to pick one, also pretreating suede/leather will be beneficial to avoid situations like this.
