Although they are technically looking into the past when they use a telescope, YES, they are also looking at a very bright future ... have you seen the new plans for several giant telescopes to be built on the moon, with spinning liquid mirrors that are over 100 meters across ???

I think they would get such an impression from looking at the sun through a telescope on a daily basis:D It probably makes them happy!:D
