There are no "real" ninja movies. The eighties spawned countless ninja films, though most of them, even were it actual choreography and authentic showing of feudal Japan weaponry usually employed techniques and combat that were not actually ever attributed to the real ninja very much...I've seen some that were very careful in at least trying to look authentic, and yes, many include shuriken and so forth.
