  • Kenneth Clark a senior member of the Conservative Party in the UK and former Chancellor of the Exchequer, said that the thought of Palin become the president of the US ridiculous. This was on a popular British TV debate show called Question Time tonight on the BBC. Incidentally, the programme is coming to the US a week before the election, so if you want to be part of the studio audience, go to the BBC website
  • what threat?
  • Who said what? Wait I'm comin' out! Where're ma gloves? Just kidding! Well let's just say that from now on along with the Spanish Prime minister, this guy is a terrorist and not only a threat to America but Alaska too! Right Sarah?
  • How is this statement of an opinion (actually, one that's shared by many in the U.S.) considered a "threat?"
  • Not quite as seriously as we should take the threat of an Obama presidency. I'm more afraid of his determination to drive us to economic ruin and "globalize" us to the point where other nations get to determine the temperature inside out homes, the kinds of foods we're allowed to eat and what kind of vehicles we're allowed to drive. The "Big Brother" socialist regime that Obama wants to bring about is MUCH scarier to me than Sarah Palin.
  • Think about what you just said. A Brit who doesn't live here is giving his proverbial two cents about a woman he does not know, but loves to judge. Obama does not think Palin is a disaster, for she scared him shiite-less.
  • It is obvious that she is a disaster. She is a small town mayor with 2 years experience as a Senator of Alaska. She has no experience in international affairs.I think he was making a statement that is logically true and not a threat.Even if she was not a woman, how can we truly take such a candidate seriously. If you had a doctor would you trust one that had 20 years experience or a new intern.
