Skeletor is the arch-enemy of He-Man in the Masters of the Universe comics and animated series in the 1980's. He was known as the greatest threat to modern Eternia. Later, Skeletor became a somewhat popular icon in comedy. I believe the quote you may be referring to happened on Saturday Night Live. Will Ferrell played a husband who said inappropriate things to get his wife to hang up the phone. One of the things he said was “I am Skeletor, Spawn of the Hellbeast! Hang up the phone and pay homage to my awful power!” Hope this helps.
