    This is called a 'Collapse of field' it's either a dry solder joint or a failed component part, I tap the tv an several sides and if the picture even partly comes back it is a dry solder joint, then Ilocate it manually and resolder it...be extremely careful there are VERY high voltages involved, best left to a qualified repairman :o)
