What is the best makeup brand (such as L'Oreal Paris, Covergirl, etc) that you can buy at a regular store? Such as target, cvs, walgreens, etc?

I prefer Almay. It's available at the stores you mentioned.

I prefer Max Factor - then Revlon - then Covergirl - then L'Oreal. Was once allergic to Maybeline so I avoid it.

I love Revlon's all-in-one face make-up. It comes in a compact with a little foam pad applicator and has excellent coverage. I also use the Revlon powder blush with a bigger blush brush. I don't much like their mascara (on the rare occasions I wear it), but prefer L'Oreal for eye make-up.
