Texas Hold'em - When down to the last two players, who puts in the small blind and who puts in the large blind? I play dealers left is small and dealer is large, but have heard I play wrong.

does the dealer always change to the left? if yes then you are right. if the dealer stays in the same position the little and small blind should swap players

when playing Heads-up (or down to final two in a tourney), the dealer/button puts in the small blind and acts first pre-flop. After the flop, the dealer/button is last to act - big blind would act first post-flop.
