  • Holes is my first, because it is one of the books that I couldn't put down. The Skull of Truth, I liked that story and the make believe in it. And I didn't finish Flowers For Algernon, but I liked what I read. (I know two of these are low level, but they are still very good)

Fun and interesting mystery. 3) Tinker, by Wen Spencer. Because I'm a fantasy novel addict and this is a cool elf story. Runner-up - The Character of Cats, by Stephen Budiansky. • The Dice Man- Luke Rinehart. The story of a man who lives his life at the whim of a die. Written over 40 years ago and I believe banned in several countries for some time. I totally recommend it, "Few novels can change your life. This one will." Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas- Hunter S. Thompson. A wierd book set in the 1960's drug culture. Raoul Duke and Dr Gonzo set out on an assignment to cover a dirt bike race in the Nevada dessert. Armed with "two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mesculine, five sheets of high powered blotter acid, a salt shaker half full of cocaine, and a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, luaghers...and also a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of Budweiser, a pint of raw ether and two dozen amyls." Which they manage to consume in the weekend. They soon forget about the assignment and end up on an hallucinatory mission to find the American Dream. An absolutely fantastic book. The only book I've ever read twice, so far. The Bride Stripped Bare- Annonymous. The book was published as anonymous because the author wanted to create an honest account of a woman's secret life. She felt she couldn't do this writing as herself. This becomes understandable as you read. It's about a woman who embarks on a sexual adventure to escape from a stuffy marriage. A book for the ladies, quite explicit, I would say almost pornographic in parts. Excellent.

Espeicaly the MadHatter. 3: The Phantom Of The Opera/The Picture Of Dorian Grey/ A Clockwork Orange I love the story of the Phantom Of The Opera, and I relate to Erik. As for The Picture Of Dorian Grey, I just think the story of how a man just get's so corrupt is intersting. And Henry reminds me of my father. As for A Clockwork Orange, come on! BEETHOVEN!
