What can i wear with a navy skirt?

How about an army shirt? Sorry, I couldn't resist. I don't know nuthin bout no fashions, I think you're not sposed to wear black or other dark blues with navy, it makes it look like you didn't know what color the skirt really is. Mebbee a simple white blouse, with a not to big red neck scarf?

Practically anything. White of course, but you could top it with any bright color or pastel sweater or top, and a jacket. Just about anything but black and some browns wouldn't go, though rusty colors are good.

Actually, i think that black and navy are good together if you use one of them as an accent.. that would be cute.. maybe black shoes or a black belt? as for the top.. i would go with white or cream, it would look best.
