Can someone throw me a link to a Photoshop tutorial on how to add hair to a person's head? (ie copy-paste hair from one image to another) All the results are 'how to draw hair', I want to copy-paste it.

Open both photos up and simply clone from one to the other. It's a good idea to work from copies so that you still have the originals in case of a mistake.
