  • Well, apples and bananas do not contain yeast. If you are talking about Candida (the overabundance of yeast within the body which causes fatigue, yeast infections, rashes etc.) You should avoid most sweet fruits. Avoiding sugar and most grains is key. Take an acidopholus supplement. Yogurt (without lots of sugar) and kombucha are good too because they contain good bacterial cultures that kill yeast. Oil of Oregano is a great supplement to take for yeast and your immune system. I take it every day. Avoid caffiene and beer. Wine and liquor is ok.
