most of my friends can hold their own, the others pay someone to hold their own. (Which can either be messy or rewarding)

I tried the involvement approach, but it only made it worse. I don't want to do it. I want to have my friends and feel secure in those relationships without having to prove anything to anyone. If someone is mean to a friend, then that shouldn't necessarily have to be my business. I think initiating/ seeking out more fighting just perpetuates the meanness. It's better to just focus on the positivity and enjoyment of your friendships.

Most of my AB friends have been here alot longer than I have and handle it well or they just let it roll off their back - I usually go crying to them if I've been harassed :(

Nope. My Answerbag friends are strong people. They can deal with those meanies on their own. The best thing that I can do is report the "mean" activities of such users to AB-Rich. That way, I won't be adding to the "drama."

If I did I would rather defend them there and now, rather than to instigate drama by "hunting" them down. Though, I'm wussy so I'm the one who probably needs defending. >_>

I address the issue on the question it is shown on...and do it with tact instead of anger...there are hurtful people everywhere... It is not that important to me to deal with idiots other then that....I don't waste my time...I prefer enjoying this site....

You seem to be very proud of this, Major. So, you descend to their level and that makes you feel good about yourself? No..I don't do that. I don't stalk, hunt down, unleash sarcasm and try to harm. That is counterproductive and not a good use of my time. Just my observation. You are throwing negativity out into the universe..how can that ever be a good thing? :(
