Well, unless you can convince your brother (owner) that these tenants are a risk to the property or his financial future, you must resign yourself to his decision.
To ANY landlord, good renters who make timely payments are paramount. Birdseed is not even on the radar. ;-)
I recently moved out my apartment building in nyc in which i lived for 15 years.They sent me a three thousand dollar bill.Can they do this?

I put in my 30day notice, my landlord sent me a notice to pay rent for those 30days, can I get evicted. Even if I moved out by the 30days

You're reading My brother owns the two family building we live in,is it fair tha the tenants upstairs should abuse our property and damage the lawns by throwing bird seed all over the lawn having the birds peck the heck out of the lawn?mybrothers xcuse good rent.
